world. Known for their superior ships, services and exciting itineraries,
NCL specializes in affordable Caribbean vacation cruises from
South Florida ports of call.
Challenge
InterMedia’s challenge was to overcome the intense competition in the Caribbean cruise marketplace with Strategic Marketing Tactics, including price-point and upgrade sales alternatives. Desirable differentiators were creatively delineated
in a newly designed cruise catalog, combined with dual Direct Response initiatives, delivered to over 200,000 prime demographic targets.
Result
InterMedia surpassed all previous NCL Marketing Response Objectives,
providing successful up-sell opportunities at a record low acquisition rate. Measured Results reveal positive Market Share gains, supported by on-going Load Factor increases.
