Satori, a new eco-friendly urban village developed by the Altman Companies, had many features entirely unique to a rental community. To overcome the fact that the beautiful leasing center was off-site, the opening was about 6 months away, and the building was up against a great deal of competition, we incorporated as many touch-points as possible to increase awareness of the unique differentiators and drive traffic to the center. These included non-traditional methods like text messaging campaigns, rickshaw wraps, huge signage banners along the building, and sponsorship of several popular events.
