Offerdahl’s offered great food, fast service, and superb value. What it lacked was a brand personality that could be activated at both the store level and externally. The “What’s on your Plate?” campaign delivered on the promise by leveraging the personality of its Pro Football owner and making the food the hero. Mad 4 Marketing also redesigned new menu boards to make them more informative and customer friendly, while adding new messaging to table tents, posters, and ceiling danglers. Same-store sales grew a whopping 13 percent in the first two months.
