Satori, an eco-friendly urban village developed by the Altman Companies, had many features unique to a rental community. To overcome the fact that the beautiful leasing center was off-site, the opening was about 6 months away, and the building was up against a great deal of competition, Mad 4 Marketing incorporated as many touch-points as possible to increase awareness of the unique differentiators and drive traffic to the center. These included nontraditional methods like text messaging campaigns, rickshaw wraps, huge signage banners at the urban village, and sponsorship of popular public events.
